Explanation of Playing time limit

You can set up a limit on the amount of time you can play daily, weekly, and monthly on our site. It's a useful feature to help you manage your time and play responsibly.

How do I apply a limit to my account?

Follow the steps below depending on the device you're using to set up the limit:

How does the limit work?

• Daily: The limit is valid from 00:00:00 until 23:59:59 on the same calendar day. Therefore a limit resets at 00:00:00 of next calendar day (EET).
• Weekly: The limit is valid from Sunday 00:00:00 to Saturday 23:59:59 and resets each Sunday at 00:00:00 (EET).
• Monthly: The limit is valid from the first to the last day of the calendar month and resets on the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00:00 (EET).

This feature is only available for Poker and Casino games right now.

• Table Games: Your limit will start when you sit down at a table (including ZOOM). It'll stop when you leave that table. It's also the same for playing multiple tables simultaneously.
• MTTs/Sit&Gos/Casino games: Your limit will start when you sit down at a table. It'll stop when you leave that table.

Can I change my limit?

Yes. You can update your limit at any time through the Responsible Gaming menu. If you increase your limit, it will be processed like this: daily limits at the end of the day, weekly at the end of the week, and monthly at the end of the month. If you decrease the limit, it'll take effect immediately.

What happens when I have reached my limit?

When you've reached the limit, you won't be able to play again until the limit resets. If you're playing in an active tournament, it won't be affected, but you won't be able to use add-ons/by-ins.

Can I turn off pop-up notifications?

This can't be turn off the pop-up message showing your recent winnings and losses. Once you've exhausting 80% of your chosen limit, you'll be notified of this by pop-up.
