Greece Sports Exit – FAQ

From February 25, 2024, PokerStars Sports will be no longer available in your region. Here are some important details:

What is the restriction and who does it apply to?

The restriction will be based on both location IP and country of registration. From February 25, 2024, customers physically located in Greece as well as any account that has ‘Greece’ as a country of registration, regardless of their IP or location, will no longer be able to access our Sports product.

What happens to my balance?

Nothing, your balance remains safe and secure, and you may withdraw funds at any time.

Will I still be able to place sports bets?

No, from the exit date, you will no longer be able to place any sports bets.

What happens to my open sports bets?

Any open sports bets you have at the time of the closure will be left to settle as per the official result and any winnings paid out.

Can I still see my past bets?

Your Betting History will be available upon request by contacting our customer support team via the Help Center.

Can I still play Poker and Casino?

Yes, our other products remain unaffected. The restriction only applies to sports betting.

What about the PokerStars Sports mobile app?

You will no longer be able to access the sports app from the exit date.
