How can I transfer funds between bankrolls?

To transfer funds between your bankrolls, follow the steps below:

  1. Head to the Cashier.
  2. Select the 'Manage Currencies' tab and then, 'Convert Currencies'.
  3. Choose the currency and enter the amount you want to convert from.
  4. Choose the currency you want to convert to.
  5. You'll see on-screen the amount you'll receive in the new currency.
  6. If you agree with the exchange, confirm the transfer.

Where do you get your exchange rates?

XE (Source XE) provides our exchange rates, and we update them regularly throughout the day.

For some deposits and withdrawals, we'll add a special margin to the exchange rate provided by XE. This will depend on their currency. You can read their Terms of Service here.

How do I remove an existing currency from my user account?

To close a currency bankroll, open the 'Manage Currencies' tab in the Cashier. There, you can untick the currency you no longer want to use. Before doing so, consider the following points:

  • You cannot close a bankroll that has funds in it. First, transfer or withdraw any funds you might have first before closing the bankroll.
  • You cannot close the US Dollar (USD) bankroll.
  • If you're closing a bankroll in which you have a pending or partially-earned bonus, the bonus will expire. Complete or use all pending bonuses before closing the bankroll.
  • Don't close a bankroll with an active multi-deposit bonus. You'll lose the chance to make more deposits towards the bonus.

Can I play games with different currencies?

Yes. You can play games in currencies other than your preferred currency without any conversion fees and without having to convert your funds first.

For example, if USD is your preferred currency but you want to play in EUR. You can buy-in from your USD account without having to convert your funds first. The USD account will receive any winnings you might have. To enable this on your account, you'll need to activate the 'auto-convert currencies' feature.

Once enabled, your buy-ins convert at the current conversion rates. Any money that you win at the tables will convert back to your preferred currency.

To confirm your preferred currency, go to the 'Cashier' and select 'Manage Currencies'.

How do I activate 'auto-convert currencies'?

To activate 'auto-convert currencies', follow the steps below depending on the platform you're using:

Desktop
  1. Go to the main lobby, and choose Settings → Global → Multi-Currency
  2. Tick on either (or both) of the two boxes to choose when you want to have your currency converted.
    • Entering a game or placing a bet
    • Leaving a game or settlement of a bet
  3. Select 'Apply Changes'
Mobile
  1. Tap on the 'Account' button, then 'Settings'.
  2. Under 'Auto-Convert Currencies', choose when you would like to have your currency converted:
    • Entering a game or placing a bet
    • Leaving a game or settlement of a bet
  3. Confirm and select 'Apply'.
