Refunds for Play Money purchases

Play Money purchases may be eligible for a refund depending on the payment method used. To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Google Play, Visa, or Mastercard: Contact us with the reason for your refund request via Chat (if available in your region) or using our Contact Support form. We'll be happy to help.
  • App Store: It's not possible for us to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store. However, you can request a refund from Apple for purchased apps or in-app purchases up to 90 days from the purchase date by contacting Apple Support directly.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any other payment methods used to buy chips. Instead, please contact the company you used to purchase the chips directly.
