Claiming and redeeming the offer

Free Spins will be credited inside a Chest within 48 hours after the offer has ended. Players will need to open their Chest to claim Free Spins. 

Each Free Spin will award a wager of €0.20.

Free Spins will expire 72 hours after being credited. Upon expiry, all remaining spins and pending winnings will be lost.

Unopened Chests will expire 72 hours after being credited.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

This offer is available to any player who holds an active and verified real-money account with PokerStars.

To qualify for an additional ticket, players must complete the Casino challenge by wagering €50 cumulatively on any casino game during the offer period, as specified above, using their Stars Account cash balance. Players can complete the Casino challenge up to 35 times during the duration of the offer.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Upon logging in each day during the offer period, players will instantly receive one free ticket for the Spin of the Day wheel via a pop-up window. Ticket can be used instantly, or players can retrieve it later and use it via the 'My Rewards’ menu.

Upon completing the Casino challenge, players will receive an extra ticket for the Spin of the Day wheel. Additional tickets are limited to 35 per player.

Each ticket awards one spin on the Spin of the Day wheel. Tickets are valid until 23:59 GMT on the day credited and will expire if unused by then.

Each spin awards one token that contributes towards a prize. Once a full row of tokens is collected, a prize is won.

Prizes are awarded as cash, Free Spins or Casino Instant Bonus and credited immediately to the player’s Stars Account. Should there be a technical issue, prizes will be credited as soon as the issue has been resolved.

Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until the required redemption points to convert the bonus to cash have been earned. When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs weekly from December 12, 2023 until January 5, 2024. Each weekly period starts on Monday at 00.00 GMT and ends on Friday at 23:59 GMT.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

Players must opt-in via the Challenges Window and then wager €10 cumulatively on any Live Casino Game during a weekly period, as specified above, using their Stars Account cash balance, to complete each weekly challenge. Only one initial opt-in is required for the whole duration of the offer. Wagering on a Saturday and Sunday does not count towards challenge completion.

By completing a weekly challenge, players will receive an entry to a draw taking place during that weekend.
